Dr Nadia Boscaglia

Clinical Psychologist · Board Approved Supervisor · Somatic Sexologist

I am a clinical psychologist specialising in mental health conditions that affect both mind and body. I work with women with hormonal mental health problems, sexual difficulties, eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. All of my clinical work is underpinned by the view our mental health emerges from the interplay of hormones, trauma history, nutrition, movement, sleep, immune function, and the broader world a person lives in.

I have advanced level training in both EMDR and schema therapy; have completed a year of intensive training in somatic sexology, and I am currently undertaking therapeutic yoga teacher training.

I have lectured at Monash and Victoria University, published in reproductive mental health, and trained GPs and psychologists around Australia in hormone-related mood disorders.

At Bosca Health, I supervise clinicians in areas such as complex mental health presentations, sexual difficulties, and ethical decision making; I conduct training sessions on topics such as reproductive mental health and working with women’s sexuality; and I offer individual somatic sexology sessions online every Monday.

If you are after in-person psychology sessions, please contact reception at Coburg Clinical Psychology (CCP) where I consult on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
