Live Training Sessions for 2026

In 2026, live training will delve more deeply into the application of therapeutic modalities (ACT and CBT) to perimenopausal/menopausal depression and anxiety; and explore a somatic sex coaching approach to improving women’s pleasure and body acceptance during the midlife.

Bespoke Training Sessions for Practices

If you are after a bespoke training session for your health practice or public health team, please get in touch. We have successfully delivered in-person training to clinics around Melbourne, and online training for teams across Australia.

Sessions have been extremely well received by the West Brunswick Clinic, the Harding Street Medical Centre, Pynk Psychology, the Schema Therapy Institute of Australia, and Coburg Clinical Psychology. Dr Nadia Boscaglia is also a clinical supervisor for the government funded Hunter New England Menopause Hub in NSW.

Please contact us with your team’s requirements.
